Hire the hours, keep the person.

You're still the one taking calls at nine at night. Beatus puts a trained agent on your calendar, inside the tools you already use, for exactly as long as the work is there.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. Candidates shortlisted in 24 to 72 hours, even on weekends, and we'll say on the call if we can't fill the role.

About us

Beatus is Latin for blessed.

We treat it as a job description. Trained agents who take the calls, the inbox, and the follow ups off your plate, so you can spend your hours on the parts of the business only you can run.

Why we exist

Few businesses stall on vision.

They stall because the founder is still doing the work someone else should own, at nine at night, on a weekend, between everything else. Beatus exists to change that. Bring us one role you've been avoiding, and we'll have three real candidates in front of you within 72 hours, weekends included.

How we work

Partnership, not cheap labour.

We don't treat this as a low-cost stopgap, and we don't ask you to gamble on it either. Your rate is fixed in writing for twelve months, there's no annual contract, and thirty days' notice ends it whenever you need it to. That's not a discount, it's a partnership with an exit built in, so it never becomes a mistake you're stuck with.

BBench

What we do.

You bring the role that's been sitting too long. Within 72 hours, weekends included, you're looking at three real candidates who already know the tools you run on, not people learning your stack on your dime. Whoever you pick works full time on your account, one person, not a ticket queue, not a rotating pool of freelancers. You interview them, you onboard them, you keep them. And if the tools you're already paying for don't actually fit how you sell, we'll build something that does.

Every agent already knows these tools before day one. That's part of what makes a 72 hour shortlist possible, you're not paying for someone's first week of figuring out your stack.

Built in-house

Why pay for a packed CRM when most of the features go unused? We build to fit, so leads, customers, tasks, and follow-ups sit in one place your team will actually open.

We quote a rate once we know three things: the role, the hours, and the shift. From there, it's one fixed hourly rate for a 40 hour week, and that rate already covers everything, payroll, statutory benefits, 13th month accrual, equipment, and oversight from a team lead. If the shift includes night differential for the AMER desk, that's built into the rate too, not billed on top of it. Whatever number we land on gets put in writing and held for twelve months, so it never moves under you mid-contract. CRM builds are quoted separately from the agent rate, and there's no per-seat license fee and no markup on hosting either way.

Your stack, our people.

We don't sell you a portal to log into. Your Beatus hire shows up inside the tools your team already uses, under accounts you control and can revoke in one click.

Accounts stay yours

SSO seats you provision, device policy you set, offboarding you run. No shared logins, ever.

One named person

Same hire, same hours, week after week. If they're out, we tell you within two hours, before you notice.

Your working hours

Pick the overlap you need. Full shift, half shift, or a graveyard desk for follow-the-sun coverage.

A manager on top

Every 2 to 3 hires get a dedicated manager, free of charge, running QA, coaching, and the weekly report you actually read.

We're new, so we're offering terms instead of statistics.

We opened this year. We don't have years of placement data to quote at you, and we're not going to invent any, so here's what goes in the contract instead.

What we can't show you yet

  • No client logos. Our first engagements are under NDA and too young to be worth name-dropping.
  • No retention or conversion rates. We'll publish them when the sample size makes them mean something.
  • No case studies. Ask us again in two quarters.

What we're offering instead

  • References for each candidate from their previous employer, sent before you interview them.
  • A paid trial you can end at two weeks, so the risk is capped at eighty hours.
  • The founder on your account directly — not an account manager — for the first year.
  • Rates held for twelve months from signing, in writing.

Meet the founders

The people behind a business matter as much as the work they do.

Jonathan, Flor, and Ace founded Beatus on that conviction. Two have spent their careers developing people; the third has spent his in the business. All three treat a placement as something to be earned rather than filled.

Jonathan

Co-founder

Jonathan has run Viccon Cleaning Services since 2015, building the business from the ground up and managing the people inside it. That's where a lot of what Beatus runs on actually comes from, knowing who's ready to take on responsibility, and building the ones who aren't there yet. He's also spent years as a pastor, forming character and developing people into leaders long before Beatus existed, work he still does alongside running his company.

Builds businesses. Builds people.

Flor

Co-founder

Flor spent years in sales before Beatus, and she's the one who actually reads the numbers, what's working, what isn't, and where the business's next move should be. She keeps the finances and the moving pieces organized enough that decisions get made on data, not a guess. She's also given years to pastoral ministry alongside Jonathan, walking with people one on one and helping them grow into responsibility, the same instinct she now brings to reading a team, not just a spreadsheet.

Runs the numbers. Reads the room.

Ace

Co-founder · Operations

Ace spent five years in marketing operations, four as a sales director, and three more in the VA industry before Beatus, the operator of the three, and the one who's kept things running day to day. He's also led within the same church community as Jonathan and Flor, the same circle where the three of them learned to trust each other before they ever ran a business together.

Talks the talk. Tends the floor.

The three of them run Beatus the same way: carefully. They hire the way they'd want to be hired, looking for people who can be trained once and trusted long after, because a client's customers, calendar, data, and reputation all end up passing through those hands. That's not a small thing to hand someone, so they don't treat it like one.

This isn't hiring from a pool of strangers. It's working with people who've spent their lives paying attention to who can be trusted with responsibility, and built Beatus so you don't have to stay capped by what you alone can carry.

UUnpacked

The things people ask on the first call.

Is this outsourcing or staffing?

Staffing. You're not handing work into a queue, you're getting named people who report to your managers and follow your process. We handle the recruiting, the payroll, the equipment, and the compliance side of employing someone here. You handle the actual work, same as you would with anyone else on your team.

How do you handle data access and security?

Every hire works on SSO seats you set up, following whatever MFA policy you already run. NDAs and IP assignment get signed before day one, so there's paperwork behind the trust, not just a promise. And if it's ever time to part ways, offboarding isn't a ticket you have to file with us, it's one revoke on your side.

What happens if the person isn't working out?

Tell us during the trial and you walk away owing nothing beyond the hours already worked. After that, if it's still not right, replacement is free, and we're back in front of you with a new shortlist within 72 hours.

How long have you been doing this?

Beatus itself is new this year, we're not going to pretend otherwise. But the people running it aren't new to this kind of work, between us, we've spent years inside operations like this one before starting our own. You're not the first business we've helped run smoothly, you're just the first one we're doing it under our own name for.

Do we have to use your CRM?

No. Most clients already have something that works, HubSpot, Salesforce, a spreadsheet that's somehow still holding everything together, and your agent works inside whatever that is. A custom build is only for the clients whose current setup genuinely doesn't fit anymore.

Can they work US or European hours?

Yes. Coverage gets matched to your buyers or your customers, not to whatever's convenient for us, morning desk, evening desk, or a full overnight shift if that's where your calls actually come in.

What's the minimum commitment?

One hire, for one month, once the trial's done. After that it's billed monthly, and thirty days' notice is all it takes to end it, no annual contract sitting underneath it waiting to trap you.
