01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of beatus.pro (the "site"), run by Beatus Virtual Solutions ("Beatus", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

They cover the site only. They do not cover the services we provide to clients, which are set out below.

02Our services are governed by a separate agreement

Everything on the site that describes our services, including roles, trial periods, notice periods, rates, response times and what a rate covers, is a summary to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer that can be accepted, and it does not create a contract.

An engagement starts only when both parties sign a written agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, rates, confidentiality, data protection and liability terms for the engagement, and it takes precedence over anything on the site.

03Using the site

You may browse, share and link to the site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, or reproduce it as your own;
• send us content that is unlawful, misleading or that you do not have the right to share.

04Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics and logo belong to Beatus or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reuse needs our written permission.

Product and company names shown on the site, including the tools our agents work in, are the trademarks of their owners. Showing them describes the tools we work with; it does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

05Third-party links and booking

The site links to services run by others, including the calendar we use to book scoping calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

06Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about it, express or implied.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Beatus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

08Privacy

How we handle personal information you share through the site is described in our privacy policy.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beatus is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
